It took Alex over 50 years to find a career that he could live with.

He spent seven years on Wall Street and saw first hand how the institutions manipulate markets. 

They win and the little guy loses. In October 1987 the Wall Street insiders knew the market was about to tank. When Alex tried to warn his clients, they took away his phones and threatened to fire him.

His response was to quit on the spot and become an owner-operator over the road trucker. A partner in a large law firm, and a good client of Alex, sued this Wall Street firm. They won substantial damages for the clients. Alex surrendered his series 7 license.

They could not take away his knowledge of how the markets really work.

In 2001, tired of job hopping, needing to be a full-time caretaker to wife Debbie struggling with Multiple Sclerosis, Alex remained at home day trading full-time.

It took him 49 months—December of 2005,  until he had his first profitable month.

In November 2006, a daytrader Alex met in a trading chat room--Elite Trader, suggested offering services to the public. This person, Geoff, founded Puretick.com and hired Alex to become its coach and trader. Puretick almost immediately ran to the top of Google's search engine.
